Times are tough for some people at the moment: For that reason I am offering a reduced price until further notice. All coaching & Hypnosis sessions will be $65.00 (inclusive).

Lack of sleep can create a lack of energy and an inability to concentrate. It can interfere with your work and even your enjoyment of day to day life. Anxiety over not sleeping can even lead to depression. Sometimes lack of sleep is caused by specific disorders but it can also be caused by diet, stress, hectic lifestyles, disruptions in families etc or just an inability to relax or slow your thoughts down when you go to bed.

At Bright-Life we use Hypnotherapy to look for possible causes and to bring relaxation to your body and mind. We can instruct you on restful ways to prepare for bed and help you change how your mind works at bed time. We can teach you self hypnosis to continue your own treatment if you should so wish.

Hypnosis is a trusted treatment for sleep problems, I use it myself.
